Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients in the insurance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, gathering and verifying information, and answering questions about insurance policies. Key Responsibilities

Hours of Operation and Commitment

We operate on a 24/7 schedule, with the following hours of operation:

We require a commitment of 10 hours per week, with 5 of those hours self-scheduled on the weekend. This role is available for immediate commencement and is expected to last for 90 days (as needed).
