Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful delivery of market research projects, adhering to international standards.
- Lead the execution on daily requests for data analysis and manipulation of primary and secondary data to support Provider and internal requests.
- Assess demands for data services and understand the requirements of market research projects.
- Prepare, plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on time.
- Verify databases for logical consistency, reformatting, and updating databases for downstream analysis.
- Manipulate data into the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as necessary).
- Act as a proactive team member who provides advice or ideas for improvements and automation, where applicable, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery.
- Create and communicate best practices to stakeholders across departments to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes.
