We are seeking an Experienced Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our virtual operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification and transmission to clients. You will also be responsible for receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification are completed and transmitted to clients. This is a remote position that requires a secure workspace with high-speed internet and the ability to sit for long periods.

The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600.00 - $33,250.00 per year, based on experience and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and a retirement savings plan.
