Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and retrieval of products
- Prepare customer orders for shipping, including packing and labeling products, and loading boxes into trucks for shipment
- Utilize scanners and other equipment to read bar codes and track inventory movements
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards, and take corrective action when necessary
- Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided)
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, and participate in daily safety meetings and training sessions
Physical Demands
This role requires a moderate level of physical activity, including:
- Lifting up to 49 pounds
- Pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
- Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
