Position Type and Schedule
This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home. To be eligible for this role, you must live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin.
The position requires a 12-week paid, virtual training program, which includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures. The training will take place Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST. After completing the training, you will work in your permanent shift, which may include evenings and weekends.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- To be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the US
- Ability to work full-time, including holidays, weekends, day, or night shifts
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and duties, as well as the ability to learn different products
- Advanced education and comfort with navigating online, email, and web search
- Dedicated high-speed internet with connection rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
- Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using appropriate language, tone, and expression
- Demonstrated perseverance and commitment to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
