As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our Integrated Kidney Care Nurses and staff, ensuring the highest level of service excellence and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
In this full-time, Monday-to-Friday role, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and entering information into our databases, developing reports and other materials for distribution, and attending team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with confidential information will be essential in this position. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior medical or clerical administrative experience preferred but not required. You should have intermediate proficiency in navigating MS Office applications and be able to use discretion and judgment when working with confidential information. Additionally, you will need to achieve basic proficiency in our Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within 60 days of employment or position change.
