• Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for timely approval, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in your work.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for processed invoices, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with the Admin Office Manager as needed, providing support for various tasks and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Additional Requirements

• Prior experience in data entry is essential, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
