Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building automation, monitoring, and logging in remotely to multiple client systems and databases
- Running pre-built reports and queries to extract data from client systems or picking up pre-generated data
- Transferring data to our servers, editing, auditing, transforming, and performing quality control inspections of data files
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of client data extracts and Blithequark's proprietary database
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of Helix/Self Pay Database logic with regards to importing client files
- Multi-tasking, running different processes simultaneously on different computers in different windows
- Communicating with management-level personnel and above regarding client issues that arise and working collaboratively towards resolution with client/project teams
- Providing accurate and timely completion of all other tasks assigned by management/executive management/C-level
