About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our team on a remote, full-time basis. As a data entry specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering information into our databases, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data, and ensuring compliance with our data integrity and security policies. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

- Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute; knowledge of word processing tools, such as Microsoft Word, and databases, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with an aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Availability: Must be available to work during standard business hours, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification: Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).
