You'll work closely with our team to receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders, review and verify orders for accuracy, and manage orders through the entire order cycle. You'll also be responsible for gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting, and for screening international customer orders to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments * Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing * Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner * Review, verify, and make corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications * Contact customers to resolve unclear issues and ensure customer satisfaction * Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle * Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures * Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting **Essential Qualifications** * 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience * Customer interaction experience is preferred * Computer experience including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required * Education: Associates Degree preferred, and 2 years of experience * Paid Training * Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable * Ability to work independently in a remote environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with the training, resources, and opportunities they need to grow and thrive in their careers.
