**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming and conducting outbound calls professionally, providing information about products or services
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly, utilizing computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer inquiries
* Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Communicating effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
* Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Pharmacy, healthcare insurance, medical billing, hospital, or related experience required
* Experience utilizing outbound phone software such as Genesis, and Salesforce
* Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various types of customers
* Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
* Experience with data entry and using computerized systems is required
* Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Strong proficiency in English and bilingual in Spanish is a bonus but not required
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficient in medical terminology and data entry
* Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred
* Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Multilingual skills and medical insurance, reimbursement, and order shipping knowledge are a plus
* Ability to work an (8) hour shift between the hours 8:00am - 8:00pm EST. Schedules are on a rotational basis between these hours daily.
