Job Summary
We're looking for a talented and experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, support, and engagement to our clients through live chats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Address customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions.
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality metrics.
- Portray and project a positive and professional image of Blithequark, reflecting our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
