Position Overview
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Receptionist and Customer Service Representative to provide administrative support and exceptional client experiences in a remote setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. This role also involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and friendly assistance to clients and prospects.
- Inquiry Routing: Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring that clients receive the support they need in a timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up communications, using our CRM system and other tools.

Qualifications
