Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Recruiter at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting full-cycle recruiting for various customer service positions within the organization
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Reviewing resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications
- Conducting phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings as needed

Essential Qualifications
