**Job Summary**
As a Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing data entry support for our professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. You'll work closely with our claims specialists to review and analyze credit balances, perform adjustments, and enter claim actions in our electronic health record (EHR) systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system. If you have a strong background in data entry, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Data Entry:
+ Enter data as assigned in Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, or Meditech's EHR system
+ Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken
+ Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances
+ Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval
+ Perform claim actions for claims approved for write off
+ Perform claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists
+ Perform claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers
* Quality Assurance:
+ Perform Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting
* Communication:
+ Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat is important
* Technical Skills:
+ Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails is vital
+ Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential
+ Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important
**Essential Qualifications**
* Education: High School diploma or GED is required
* Experience: Minimum of one year data entry experience
* Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high-quality results is preferred
* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken
+ Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances
+ Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval
+ Perform claim actions for claims approved for write off
+ Perform claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists
