- Communicate effectively with insurance payers to verify proper insurance coverage for our patients and facilitate timely reimbursement.
- Respond promptly and accurately to payer communications, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes and drive continuous improvements, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Partner with clinic teammates, such as Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information and drive exceptional patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of six (6) months of corporate office experience.
