Key Responsibilities
- Participate in inbound and outbound calling efforts to generate and qualify leads, direct sales, and product introductions, ensuring you meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage, track, and follow up on leads via telephone or email, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by our clients, demonstrating your ability to drive sales growth.
- Adhere to quality standards, passing all call monitoring reviews with a score of 98% or higher, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- Acquire new skills and retain a vast amount of information, staying up-to-date with our products, services, and industry trends.
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to be trained in various dialing efforts, adapting to changing priorities.
- Meet minimum dialing hour requirements as determined by the Operations Administrator, ensuring consistent productivity.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as an SDR at blithequark, you must possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for working with people, providing exceptional customer service.
- Fast and accurate data entry and note-taking skills, ensuring efficient data management.
- Proficiency with basic phone, PC, and web tools, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- The capacity to learn, master, and communicate new associations, products, and services to clients, staying ahead of the curve.
- Comfort with making decisions independently throughout your shift, demonstrating autonomy and self-motivation.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote job, with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work standard business hour shifts (9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST), ensuring alignment with our operational needs.
- Previous experience in a fully remote work environment, understanding the nuances of remote work.
Preferred Qualifications
