Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support our client plan participants through the enrollment process and when making updates to their health care and/or pension plans. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within 2 hours of Mt. Laurel for occasional requests to be in the office. You will be required to be in the office on Day 1 for equipment pickup and initial training.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $17.00 during our paid training program (approximately 1 month) and increasing to $18.50/hr after successful completion of your onboarding training. You will also be eligible for benefits, including the blithequark 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Commuter Accounts program, as well as any other benefits required by law.
