Qualifications: Essential and Preferred
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Flexible to the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education
- 18 years of age, with a minimum level of maturity and life experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Basic technical knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Equipment and Internet Requirements:
To perform this role, you'll need to meet the following equipment and internet requirements:
- 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch), with a reliable and efficient computer system
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless), with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile), with a reliable and efficient communication system
- Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment, with a dedicated workspace and ergonomic chair
