**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Seasonal, Healthcare) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
* Helping customers with healthcare needs such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
* Offering additional products and/or services
* Delivering expert customer experiences...with a smile
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including:
* 2+ years of call center experience
* Experience in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization preferred
* Open availability
* A high school diploma or GED
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Open availability, as this client is open 24/7
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
* A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
