Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the start-to-finish cycle and components for content creation, including defining prioritization standards, schedules, stages, and gateways, as well as partners' roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure all expectations are met, including adherence to established schedules and budgets, and maintain norms and best practices policies.
- Guarantee the creative team focuses on priority projects, understands the project vision, objectives, and requirements, and gathers and incorporates contributions from partners.
- Communicate project status, flagging and addressing potential issues, and create, maintain, and distribute project information to stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop budget controls to drive accuracy in forecasting and estimating, eliminate barriers, and disambiguate situations that block creators and other partners.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of the creative team, driving improvements where applicable, and measure and report headcount requirements to drive efficiencies and innovation.
- Prepare and manage external vendor resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 4+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and initiatives.
