**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the execution of less experienced Customer Service Agents, including new or upgraded services and procedural changes, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the team
* Providing input and presenting plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Performing complex customer service tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats
* Providing topic expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Customer Service Agents and offering guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
* Collaborating with the team and communicating with various departments
* Suggesting areas for improvement and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures
* Interacting with internal and external customers, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with customer addresses on statements
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and issues
**Required Capabilities:**
* 4+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Successful organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Microsoft Access skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
