About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, driving the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of customer experience and helping us achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business needs and requirements.
- Grow knowledge of VOC methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Develop and deliver innovative solutions using big data and batch/real-time analytical capabilities, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
- Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
Essential Qualifications
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect with a strong background in data architecture, big data, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with product managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including delivering small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for a candidate with a strong passion for innovation and a desire to drive business growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
