Job Overview
As a Senior Manager at blithequark, you will be leading two operations teams in different locations, as well as an engineering crew. You will be responsible for reliably and successfully deploying and supporting our services, working closely with cross-functional partners and customers to ensure we deliver the best-in-class services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to your team, helping to define a roadmap across functional disciplines and collaborating with key partners to deliver robust and reliable offerings for software engineering at blithequark
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely deployment of our services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our services
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to set measurable goals and KPIs, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our customers and the business

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- 2-3 years of experience working with an SRE or a software engineering team

- Experience in leading first-degree managers, with a proven track record of developing and growing high-performing teams
