Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, knowledge, and personal qualities. The essential qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED, and post-secondary automotive training level (or equivalent military service experience) satisfactory to Tesla
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to participate in and pass all 16-week instructional courses with a 85% or higher GPA
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurable
- Ability to report to training location or local service center as needed
- Willingness to relocate upon successful completion of the program
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve set objectives
