As a company, we're passionate about empowering our employees to make a difference in the lives of our patients and customers. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Transplant, you will be responsible for: * Routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion * Making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes * Working in a high-production environment, multitasking between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborating with the pharmacy team to resolve patient issues and concerns * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, new technologies, and best practices **Requirements:** * 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician * Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA * High School diploma, GED, or equivalent * Strong written and oral communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking between multiple tasks and priorities * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems * Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialty pharmacy experience * Call center experience * Prescription adjudication experience, communicating with prescribers regarding case status and assessing prescription claim issues **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Benefits:** * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs * 16 paid days off for employees, plus paid holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Pay Range:** The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.00 Maximum: $27.90 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
