Our Hybrid Work Model

Our hybrid work model allows our teams to split their time between working from the office and working from home. We expect our teams to come together in the office on two core days, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, to collaborate and work together in person. Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and ambitious Technical Customer Experience Representatives to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to our customers, responding to inbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to educate customers on system installation and use, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
