Job Overview
In this role, you will work as an Innovation Investigator Understudy within the Innovation Office, with the opportunity to enroll in various groups, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, People and Finance. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, business analysis, and process improvement, ensuring the quality of applications used by airline staff and pilots. You will work closely with Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners to test applications, identify areas for improvement, and provide metrics to showcase progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis with business clients to develop quality technical solutions
- Ensure solutions align with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards
- Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing solutions to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and Innovation Teams
- Participate in systems and acceptance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
