- Reporting maintenance and damage issues to our operations team via Operto Teams, and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement.
- Building, managing, and reporting on in-house maintenance labor, and assisting with the onboarding of accounting systems.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally on the phone, using a VoIP system to interact with guests and vendors.
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, or a similar property management system.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, and the ability to leverage them for comprehensive guest messaging.
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones, with perfect English and grammar.
