**Job Summary**
As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and guidance on various healthcare-related topics. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Identify and address customer concerns, providing accurate and empathetic support
* Collaborate with pharmacists and other experts to resolve complex issues and provide clinical advice when needed
* Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing our online platform
* Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
* Recognize each customer interaction as an opportunity to build a long-term relationship and drive loyalty
**Eligibility Criteria**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Live in the state of Arizona
* Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have more than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
* Possess multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
* Have a high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* Be able to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
* Work in a private environment free of distractions and able to give full attention to the client during work hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:
* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
* Work experience in the medical field
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team
