• Engage customers with a passion for people, building relationships, and providing solutions to their concerns via inbound phone calls, chats, and emails.
• Listen actively and show empathy to understand relevant customer information and find the best way to solve their problems quickly and thoroughly.
• De-escalate customer concerns using conflict management skills, balancing the needs of the customer with the options from the business, while maintaining a professional composure.
• Problem-solve using analytical thinking to find solutions that meet the customer's needs, without relying on pre-populated scripts.
• Multitask by navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively answer customer questions.
• Escalate systemic issues to help us continuously improve, identifying areas where improvement is needed and sharing those trends with leadership.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, and have a knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent. You must also have a private and dedicated workspace free of distractions and noise, with a minimum internet speed of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload). Our training is 100% mandatory, and we require your full commitment to attending all training sessions.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $15, with tenure-based increases as early as 6 months.
