About the Role
As a Virtual Part-Time Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and clients. Key Responsibilities

Assist members with locating in-network providers and services. Process healthcare documents, claim updates, and patient records securely and accurately.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve member complaints or issues quickly and effectively. Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialists when necessary. Follow up with patients to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Enter and update customer information into healthcare systems with accuracy. Maintain records of patient interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and blithequark confidentiality standards.
- Remote Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions. Share insights and feedback with supervisors to improve customer experience. Stay updated on healthcare policy changes, insurance updates, and system enhancements.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, communications, or related field preferred)

- Familiarity with healthcare terms, insurance processes, and claims handling preferred
