Job Overview
As a Web Chat Sales Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales chats from consumers, identifying their needs, making recommendations, and closing sales. You will also make follow-up outbound calls to overcome objections and close sales, building lasting relationships with our clients to drive consumer loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales chats from consumers, identifying their needs and making recommendations to close sales
- Make follow-up outbound calls to overcome objections and close sales, building lasting relationships with our clients
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, driving consumer loyalty and repeat business
- Work independently in a virtual environment, with the discipline to adhere to schedule adherence standards and meet sales targets
- Utilize exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to overcome objections and close sales

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 1+ years of previous live web chat experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- 2+ years of experience as a salesperson over the phone or in a similar sales role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Proven ability to type 40+ words per minute, with excellent written communication skills (grammar, spelling, and punctuation)
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding monetary sales KPI metrics, with a strong focus on sales growth and development
- Strong experience in making sales over the phone, with the ability to close sales on the first call
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients
- Flexibility in your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Discipline to work in a structured environment with schedule adherence standards, with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Previous sales experience, with the ability to close sales and meet sales targets
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Must be able to provide a distraction-free workspace/environment (at home), with a stable power source and internet connection

- Average earning potential of $44,000 - $113,000 annually (hourly base + commission)
- Historic annual average commission of $15,000 - $75,000 (based on overall department performance)
