Key Responsibilities
- Deliver groceries and other items to our customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our 10-minute delivery promise is met.
- Provide exceptional customer service, embodying the face of our brand and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Operate a Flink electric bike safely and effectively, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve delivery targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills in English and/or Dutch to interact with customers, resolve any issues that may arise, and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance, adhering to our brand's standards and guidelines.
- Participate in training and feedback sessions to continually improve your performance and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
To excel as a Delivery Rider with Flink, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Possess the legal right to work in The Netherlands.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in English and/or Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Show a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and embodying our brand values.
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery or customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with bike delivery operations and safety protocols.
