Floral Stocking Assistant – Amazon Store

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team in the floral department working primarily a Sunday shift. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our display shelves are fully stocked and organized. This is a vital role in maintaining a positive customer experience and maximizing sales. Duties: - Unload merchandise shipments - Sort and organize products in designated areas - Stock shelves with new merchandise - Ensure proper signage of product - Count inventory levels and communicate with management - Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display and overstock area - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Skills: - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Knowledge or interest in gardening, lawn care, or related products is a plus - Ability to sell products by providing accurate information and recommendations - Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly stockroom and sales floor - Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure customer satisfaction - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a retail environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
