Freelance Data Insight Analyst - Ongoing Project Work

Agency Mania Solutions, a Seattle-based software company, is seeking a freelance Data Insight Analyst to support ongoing, cyclical project work throughout the year. We run a performance evaluation program to help improve how agencies and clients work together. We assess areas like strategy, account management, value, and creative work—then help both sides understand what’s working well and where they can improve. We’re looking for freelance professionals with agency or client-side experience to help us review and summarize survey results. You’ll identify key insights from comments and scores, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. These insights are added to a presentation (created by our team) and shared with client/agency teams to support better collaboration. Overview of the work: • Analyze survey feedback from both clients and agencies. • Identify key themes, strengths, and opportunities for improvement. • Write clear, actionable summaries of your findings. • Work on multiple client/agency relationships across different regions or brands. • Collaborate with our team as needed for training and support. What we're looking for: • Freelancers interested in flexible, remote work throughout the year. • Experience on either the client or agency side—you understand how successful collaboration works. • Strong judgment: you can spot meaningful patterns in both scores and comments. • Clear communicator: you can express insights in a concise, useful way (no need to be a pro writer). • Detail-oriented and thoughtful in your analysis.
