We’re seeking a Recipe Editor to join the editorial team of a leading global meal-kit company. This role is fast-paced and collaborative, working across culinary, nutrition, photo, operations, and design teams to deliver accurate, engaging recipe content to home cooks every week.

• 6 month contract for now - could be extended
• 24-40 hours per week
• $30/hr - weekly pay
What You’ll Do:
• Edit and review ~25 recipes per week for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Copywrite recipe titles, subtitles, and descriptions for print and web.
• Ensure recipe cards meet editorial, culinary, and brand standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, design, and production teams.
• Support special projects and onboarding of new team members.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in recipe editing, food writing, or content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills (AP style preferred).
• Passion for food, ingredients, and culinary trends (culinary background a plus).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
