Role and Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Attendant, your duties involve customer service, merchandise handling, and ensuring the security protocols of the store are followed. • Oversee all transactions at the cash register as part of sales operations. • Uphold the protection of all cash reserves and safeguard all company assets from any threats. • Ensure a high standard of customer service. • Exhibit a warm and supportive attitude when communicating with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. • Aid in receiving items and unloading trucks. • Adhere to and uphold safety standards by following all policies and procedures conscientiously. Required Skills and Experience: • Proficient math skills are necessary to ensure the precise and meticulous handling of cash accounting duties. • Mastering effective verbal communication techniques for engaging with customers. • Demonstrating unwavering honesty and integrity, especially in tasks related to the handling of cash.
