Full-Time Virtual School Psychologist Ohio

VocoVision is seeking an experienced School Psychologist licensed in Ohio to provide full-time virtual services to K–12 students through the remainder of the school year. This role is designed for a psychologist who is confident managing evaluations, compliance documentation, and consultation independently in a remote setting. As districts close out the academic year, continuity, accuracy, and timely service delivery are critical. In this position, you will support students with academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health needs while collaborating closely with special education teams, administrators, and families. Candidates must be highly organized, comfortable with virtual assessment tools, and well-versed in school-based compliance requirements. Responsibilities • Provide full-time virtual school psychology services aligned with district needs • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations using approved digital tools • Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive, compliant written reports • Participate in virtual eligibility determinations, IEP meetings, and team consultations • Support MTSS, RTI, and behavior intervention planning • Consult with teachers and administrators regarding academic and behavioral supports • Provide guidance on SEL strategies and crisis response planning • Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and compliance records • Communicate clearly and professionally with families regarding results and recommendations • Ensure all services meet Ohio and federal special education regulations Requirements (Strict) • Active Ohio School Psychologist license required (no pending credentials) • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology • Prior K–12 school-based experience required • Experience conducting virtual or hybrid evaluations strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of IDEA, eligibility criteria, and compliance timelines • Ability to work full-time during standard school hours • Proficiency with digital assessment platforms and report writing • Reliable high-speed internet, updated computer, webcam, and secure workspace • Immediate availability for onboarding and background check Apply directly: [email protected] Call/Text: 813-213-0177 Apply Now Apply Now
