We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality virtual therapy to individuals and families across our Medicaid communities. This is a fully remote position with consistent support, paid administrative time, and compensation for no-show appointments to ensure stability and clinician well-being.

What You’ll Do
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy via secure telehealth
• Complete CANS assessments as required
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation aligned with Medicaid standards
• Collaborate with care teams and community supports to coordinate client care
• Participate in supervision, team huddles, and required clinical meetings
• Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care
Required Qualifications
• Active LCSW working toward LICSW
• CANS Certification (current or completed prior to start date)
• Experience working with Medicaid clients, including understanding of documentation and billing requirements
• Telehealth experience, including comfort with virtual platforms and remote workflow
• Experience supporting diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to high-quality care
