Job Description Oversee and manage global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multiple countries. Administer and manage global employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other perks. Collaborate with third-party vendors to streamline payroll and benefits processes and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations related to payroll and benefits. Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants on audits, reporting, and process enhancements. Act as a key resource for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring an excellent employee experience. The Successful Applicant 5-7+ years of experience managing global payroll and benefits in professional services, financial services, or a similar industry. Must have global experience. Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and benefit structures. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience working with third-party payroll and benefits vendors. Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. What's on Offer Competitive salary: $75,000-$110,000 + bonus.
