arenaflex's OCC is a 24/7 operation that supports our global network of flights. Our team is responsible for safely planning and monitoring over one million Delta flights annually. As a Graduate Intern, you'll be assigned to our Flight Control team, where you'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business results.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Graduate Intern, you'll have the chance to lead efforts in the following areas:
* **Developing an Ethical Framework for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy and Guidelines**: You'll work with our team to create a framework that supports the current and future workforce, ensuring that AI is used responsibly and ethically.
* **Determining Opportunities for AI and Machine Learning**: You'll assist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to enhance decision-making capabilities and drive business results.
