Guide us for Home Depot Order Placement

Hi all, we are placing our orders on Home Depot but we constantly see the error saying that they cannot proceed our payment method. However we have tried multiple method including - Gift card - Overseas credit card - US debit card (like from payoneer/ mercury...etc) - US Paypal account And recently we have got our US Credit card and we thought it should be successfully going through the payment but still it has the issue no matter inputting the card or have it pay to Home Depot via Paypal by linking our credit card Therefore we are not sure if there are any other external factor that prevent the payment go through so we need someone that has the experience ESP still placing orders on home depot these days can guide us to make successful payment.
