Role Description
As an Event Office Manager at Cellular Sales, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our national sales events.
• Work with procurement travel to coordinate hotel, flight, and car rental arrangements for all market event programs and the National Events Team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting National Event representatives with thank-you calls and addressing concerns.
• Generate comprehensive reports using BI reports and RQ.
• Maintain schedules for the National Event Team.
• Update customer profiles in RQ with completed WEC forms.
• Collaborate with the National Events Director on recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
