? This role is part of the Learning and Organization Development team, and reports into the VP of L&OD for Dropbox.
? The ideal candidate is an experienced practitioner and people manager with a strong track record of designing innovative learning programs.
? Experience with learning innovation through digital learning/AI is a must.
Requirements:
? 15+ years of relevant experience
? Expertise in learning strategy and execution for leadership and employee development
? Expertise in learning design, adult learning methodologies
? Expertise in leadership development and learning technology (including application of AI/ML)
? Strong people management skills, managing a team in a remote/hybrid context
? Experienced facilitator
? Background / familiarity with analytics and leveraging insights to inform strategy and decision-making
? Strong written and verbal communication
? Bachelor's Degree
