Job Title: Luxury Home Elevator Sales Consultant (Market Hunter)
LiveWell Elevators and Lifts is the premier provider of high-end home access solutions in the Houston and Galveston metros. We are a high-growth spin-off of LiveWell Mobility, delivering a portfolio that ranges from essential vertical platform lifts to ultra-luxury home elevators that define modern architecture.
We aren't looking for an order-taker. We are looking for a seasoned Sales Hunter who understands the high-stakes world of luxury residential construction. This role is for a closer who can walk onto a job site, sit down with an architect, or pitch a custom home builder with equal authority and grit.
The Market Opportunity
The home elevator market is no longer a niche luxury—it is a booming infrastructure requirement.
• Market Growth: The North American residential elevator market is projected to grow at a CAGR of over 6.5% through 2030.
• The "Silver Tsunami": With 10,000 Baby Boomers turning 65 every day in the U.S., the demand for "aging-in-place" luxury is skyrocketing.
• Density Trends: In Houston specifically, the surge in multi-story townhome living and stilt-built coastal housing has made elevators a functional necessity for property resale value.
The Mission: Develop, Specify, and Close
Your primary objective is to aggressively hunt for new partnerships within the professional building community. You are the engine that will drive LiveWell Elevators and Lifts to market dominance.
1. Attack the Professional Pipeline: You will proactively target and "win over" custom home builders, luxury remodelers, architects, and high-end real estate agents. You don’t wait for them to call you; you get our specs into their drawings before the foundation is even poured. 2. Sell Luxury & Function: You must be capable of selling to two distinct audiences: the affluent homeowner looking for a "statement piece" and the senior citizen requiring a functional lifeline. You sell the value, the safety, and the prestige. 3. Diligent Follow-Up & Technical Mastery: You will be the technical liaison. This requires the discipline to follow a project from the initial architectural sketch through to the final mechanical installation. You own the relationship, and you never let a lead go cold.
Core Responsibilities
• Generate and Hunt Leads: While the company provides 1-2 high-quality leads per week, a true Hunter will generate their own by "living" in the builder community.
• Technical Specification: Use your knowledge of residential construction to advise on elevator locations, hoistway requirements, and electrical specs. You must be able to perform field measurements and provide general layouts.
• Closing & Bidding: Prepare and formally present bids, differentiating LiveWell products from the competition by focusing on our superior luxury, affordability, and service.
• Strategic Growth: Design and execute a "Go-to-Market" strategy for our new alternative elevator line, positioning it as the top choice for Houston developers.
The Ideal Hunter: Luxury & Grit
We are specifically looking for someone who has a background in selling luxury building products (e.g., high-end windows, custom cabinetry, stone, or automation) to the trade.
• Relationship Hunter: You have an existing network or the ability to build one rapidly among Houston’s elite builders and architects.
• Technical Aptitude: You can read a blueprint, understand a hoistway's mechanical requirements, and speak "builder" fluently.
• Relentless Discipline: You have a "burn the ships" mentality regarding follow-up. You manage your sales funnel with military precision.
• Luxury Mindset: You understand that selling a $30,000–$80,000 product requires a different level of polish, patience, and persistence.
Compensation: High Performance, Uncapped Rewards
This position is designed for a high-achiever who wants their income to reflect their hustle.
• Base Salary: $30,000 per year.
• Expected Commissions: $3,000 - $9,000+ per month based on performance.
• Total Potential: $60,000 - $140,000+ per year (Uncapped).
• Perks: Generous mileage reimbursement and the autonomy to set your own schedule to win.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of success selling to home builders, architects, or developers.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in residential construction or high-end industrial equipment is highly preferred.
• Technical Skill: Ability to perform accurate field measurements and create basic sketches/layouts of home interiors.
• Hunter Mentality: Proven history of meeting high KPIs and closing complex, high-ticket contracts.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.
