Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands‑on care for patients in their homes throughout Northern Broward County and Boca Raton. This role is perfect for an early riser who finds purpose in helping others and values meaningful patient connections.
With a four‑day workweek (Friday–Monday 5:00am - 3:30pm), you’ll enjoy built‑in time off during the week while continuing to deliver exceptional care during critical morning hours for our patients and families.

What you'll Do
As a Hospice CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients’ physical, emotional, and personal care needs while honoring dignity and independence.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment for patients
- Provide physical and emotional comfort to patients and families during the hospice journey
- Educate and support patients and families in maintaining the highest level of independence possible
- Deliver compassionate, personalized, and respectful care at every visit
- Promptly address patient and family concerns and ensure satisfaction with care

What You'll Need
- Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Must be willing to accept direction and supervision.
- Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
- Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers.
- Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
