Apply Description Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring proper functionality, data integrity, and user adoption. Develop and implement automation workflows, sequences, and email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes. Customize HubSpot to align with Champions Funding’s sales pipeline, marketing strategy, and loan origination processes. Oversee lead management, ensuring proper segmentation, tracking, and follow-up strategies. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize CRM workflows and improve overall efficiency. Generate and maintain custom reports and dashboards, providing insights on lead conversion, sales performance, and marketing ROI. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with mortgage industry regulations and company policies. Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices, system updates, and CRM utilization. Act as the primary HubSpot administrator, troubleshooting issues and working with HubSpot support when necessary. Stay updated on HubSpot features, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance CRM effectiveness. Requirements 3+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM, preferably in the mortgage, lending, or financial services industry. Strong understanding of Non-QM mortgage lending, sales pipelines, and broker/borrower engagement. Experience in CRM automation, email marketing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve business outcomes. Proficiency in integrating HubSpot with third-party tools, APIs, and other software platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. HubSpot certifications in CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub (preferred).
