They are looking for a qualified Human Resources Coordinator to support their HR department with both administrative and strategic responsibilities, focusing on employee relations and enhancing the overall employee experience. Responsibilities - Be the main champion to help lead employee relations, engagement process and activities in partnership with management, including but not limited to Onboarding, NHO, Employee Experience/Exit Surveys, Promotion Process, etc - Implement programs and policies on procedures, incentives, and new hire orientation - Responsible for curating a positive employee experience (orientation, development, and training) - Utilize employee-related databases and prepare reports necessary to carry out functions of the department - Promote and participate in the planning and implementation of communication strategies which deliver accurate, consistent and timely information on business issues and employee concerns - Responsible for personnel records, I-9 compliance, and benefits records - Ensure all personnel document forms are properly distributed to department managers in a timely manner - Educate and coach management on company policies, work rules, as well as applicable federal and state regulations, to ensure consistent delivery of human resources services and compliance - Comply with and protect the interest of employees and the company in accordance with policies and governmental laws and regulations - Ensure employee services and counseling are in place, employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health - Performs other job-related duties as assigned Skills - 1-3 years of Human Resources experience - Experience in working with variety of HR technology platforms - Experience building relationships and supporting geographically dispersed operations leadership - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Ability to multi-task - Strong oral and written communication skills, including both in person and virtually - Ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits - Career Growth - Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays - Benefits eligible the 1st of the month following hire - All traditional benefits are offered, including 3 medical plan options and 2 dental plan options, as well as additional benefits such as legal and identity protection, accident, critical illness, and others - Company paid $50,000 in basic life insurance - Company paid long term disability (LTD) - Health Savings and Flex Spending Accounts Available - 401(k) with company match - AWP named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces 2023 and 2025 for Diversity Company Overview - AWP Safety® is North America’s leading worksite safety partner, protecting those who build our infrastructure.
