**Job Description**
As a Bilingual Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns through live chat
* Collaborate with the Online Chat Manager to escalate complex issues
* Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in customer service (minimum 1 year)
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize customer requests
* Ability to adapt to different personalities and customer needs
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
